By accessing okugu.com or using any Okugu Tech product or service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.
Our services
Okugu Tech provides travel technology, including booking engines, itinerary management systems, and travel APIs, to airlines, agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel teams. Specific commercial engagements are governed by the written agreement signed with each client; these terms govern general use of our website and platform.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Bookings, fares, and suppliers
Fares, availability, and travel content displayed through our platform are provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels, and global distribution systems. All bookings are subject to the rules, fare conditions, and policies of the relevant supplier, including rules on changes, cancellations, baggage, and refunds. Okugu Tech is a technology provider and is not the carrier or supplier of the underlying travel services.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown inclusive of the taxes and fees indicated at the time of booking. Refunds, where available, are processed in accordance with the applicable fare rules and supplier policies, and timelines may depend on the supplier and your payment provider.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping data without permission, interfering with the operation of the platform, submitting false booking information, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Okugu Tech name, logo, website, software, and documentation are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.
Services from third parties
Our platform connects to services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of those services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an as available basis. While we work hard to keep the platform reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors, and travel content is subject to change by suppliers at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okugu Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Okugu Tech against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
